This means optimising routes and resources to help guarantee that all deliveries are successful at the first attempt, running to schedule and successfully installed into customers’ homes without damage, leaving them feeling at home on a sofa they love.
Delivery Experience
Our delivery experience team are on hand just in case something goes wrong. Making sure the delivery experience is exceptional is their key responsibility - whether it’s a little first aid for the sofa if it’s suffered transit creasing, or a more serious case of damage along the way. They’ll do whatever it takes to get the sofa looking great and leave the customer feeling happy.
