


An update on our deliveries
This year has been tough for everyone, and we've always tried our utmost to help people find a sofa they love, whilst also keeping our customers and colleagues safe. We've made it our priority to try to ensure all of our customers who bought a sofa with us received their deliveries as soon as possible, but we're sorry that this hasn't always been the case.
Unfortunately, due to the global Covid-19 pandemic, congestion at U.K ports and industry-wide foam shortages across Europe, we've had to delay a number of deliveries recently. Our call volumes have been understandably much higher than normal this year, which has meant our customers have had to wait longer for our help, but we've fixed this problem by training additional teams to help with these extra calls.
