Our interviews are a friendly and engaging conversation - nothing scary! We’ll ask about your experiences, your skills, what you might do in a certain situation and how you’d add to our culture. We might also ask scenario-based or competency questions, so using the STAR technique can help to structure your answers.
What should I wear to my interview?
We don’t expect you to turn up in a suit. Just wear something smart-casual that makes you feel comfortable and confident.
