Can I return a sofa bought in the Sofology winter sale?

No matter how much money you’re saving in the Sofology sale, all our sofas are lovingly made-to-order. While this does allow you to customise sofas to your exact requirements, it does mean that we typically can’t accept cancellations or returns.  

However, we want to make sure you feel completely happy with your choice, so please get in touch with us if you have any concerns or second thoughts. Our dedicated team will chat through your potential options. You can also find more detailed information over on our Help Centre.
