How much is delivery?
Our standard delivery charge is £129 for all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. Your new sofa will be delivered to a room of your choice and fully installed. Our helpful team will also remove and recycle any packaging once they're finished - meaning that you can sit back and relax. How long will my sofa delivery take?
When you place an order, online or in-store, you'll be provided with an estimated date of delivery. Once your sofa is ready, you’ll receive a confirmed delivery date from us. If you're unable to accept your sofa on that day, then don't worry. You can simply log on to your MySofology account and amend the date to suit you. Alternatively, you can speak to one of our helpful store team members for more assistance.
Does my sofa come with a warranty?
Yes, all Sofology sofas come with a warranty for your peace of mind. Most sofas include a 10-year structural guarantee and a 1-2 year warranty on fabric and leather. Warranty lengths can vary by product, so it’s always a good idea to check the specific terms when making your purchase.
