Our delivery experience team are on hand just in case something goes wrong. Making sure the delivery experience is exceptional is their key responsibility - whether it’s a little first aid for the sofa if it’s suffered transit creasing, or a more serious case of damage along the way. They’ll do whatever it takes to get the sofa looking great and leave the customer feeling happy.
