Warehousing
Keeping track of thousands of products takes a team of dedicated warehouse staff. Whether it be dealing with goods in, accurately locating stock or loading up the delivery vans, every task must be carried out efficiently, in line with health and safety practices and without causing damage to any furniture. Our warehousing team care about getting it right every time, minimising the chance that a customer will receive incorrect or damaged goods.
Inspections
Before we’re happy to send anything out to a customer it’s always thoroughly inspected to check that it’s in a condition that meets our high expectations. Every piece of furniture is then securely packaged up by our inspections team to make sure there’s no risk of transit damage, so it will reach the customer in perfect condition. This team also deals with the processing of returns, repairs and restocking.
