Scan the QR code from Sofology in your HomeMoversPack and complete the registration details to obtain an email (‘Email’) which will enable you to benefit from FREE Delivery when ordering eligible items (‘Eligible Items’) in-store only. Show your Email to our Sofologist at checkout in-store and FREE Delivery will be applied to your Sofology order of Eligible Items for delivery to your home address in the UK:
- FREE Delivery is available for orders of Eligible Items for delivery to home addresses in mainland UK (including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands) and non-mainland UK addresses (being the Islands of Scotland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight).
- Eligible Items are our Handcrafted (made to order) products, and full priced products for delivery in 7 days all with a minimum order spend of £599.
- FREE Delivery is NOT available for ex-display and/or clearance products (‘Ineligible Items’).
- If your order qualifies for FREE Delivery, you’ll still be charged a delivery fee for any Ineligible Items in the order.
- FREE Delivery only applies to purchases of Eligible Items made in-store at Sofology up to and including 31st May 2025.
- Sofology reserves the right to change or discontinue FREE Delivery at any time.
- To benefit from FREE Delivery you must receive the HomeMoversPack, use your own email address which must be used to both receive the Email and to place your order, be a resident in the UK, be over the age of 18.
- FREE Delivery not to be used in conjunction with any staff discount/available to employees of Sofology or the wider DFS Group or their immediate families.
