If you take an apprenticeship at Sofology Head Office you’ll be assigned to a department like Customer Services, Human Resources, Finance or IT. You’ll be set up with a development programme that’s designed to help you build new skills, grow existing ones and give you the expertise to help every one of our customers find a sofa they love. Alongside your apprenticeship, you will also be involved in the Sofology Academy, a separate learning curriculum that consists of bespoke training, spanning all of Sofology’s departments.
With an apprenticeship in our Field Service team, you will make regular home visits to repair any issues people may have with their sofas. Alongside this, you will gain an NVQ qualification in upholstery, cabinet making, polishing, cutting and sewing. You will grow existing skills along with this qualification, as well as gaining the correct sofa expertise and people skills in order to help our customers love their sofa for years to come.
