We’re thrilled to have been given an honourable mention at the Pennies Virtual Autumn Event in their “Breakthrough” category. Highlighting the work Sofology has done in the past year giving back to communities across the UK, this recognition means a lot to everyone at Sofology who has been involved in fundraising over the past year for our chosen charities: CATTSTeens UnitePapyrusGrace House and CHAS.

Co-hosting the event, Pennies CEO Sally Hutchinson CBE remarked that Sofology worked “hand in glove with Pennies to create a new omni-channel solution that would work not only on their iPads in stores, and of course online, but also from their incoming calls from customers” allowing more people the opportunity to donate to a charity in their region and help support the vital work they do.

Our commitment to doing good

Our work with local and regional charities is just one aspect of how we want to give something back at Sofology. Alongside our work raising money for our charity partners, we’re also aiming to minimise our impact on the planet, make our products more sustainable and to provide a safe and inclusive working environment where our colleagues are supported and encouraged in their development.

We believe it’s our responsibility to give something back whilst helping our customers feel at home on a sofa they love, and we can’t do it without our customers. It’s a collective effort that has given us this recognition from Pennies, and we want to thank everyone at Sofology for their tireless efforts and our customers for their support.
